Founder Ruth Falk, Harvard MA, has grown this independent investment research practice over the past 20 years, by designing it to augment her client’s research methodologies.  She prides herself in being able to go “under the radar” to get people to talk enabling her clients gain the critical information they need to make successful investment decisions. She and her team have partnered with many money and hedge fund managers to conduct customized research on a variety of industries and companies.

Ruth draws on 35 years of research, marketing and investment experience positioning, packaging and promoting products, services and programs.  She has built her career working with the public in several capacities: including public relations; author; spokesperson; and founder of two successful businesses.

Ruth has worked as a Consultant in both the public and private sectors. As Director of the Section on Youth and Student Affairs, at the National Institute of Health, she designed and implemented a cutting edge grant program to fund youth programs. Her work in the private sector includes Senior Consultant at Faxon Investment Research; Director of Marketing at Age Wave, Inc.,;Vice President of Traina Public Relations; and President and Founder of Gourmet Wilderness.


Robin Raborn, Analyst

Robin Raborn

Robin Raborn began her career in brand management, successfully launching new products for American Cyanamid, Revlon and Colgate Palmolive. She applies the discipline of consumer products marketing to stock analysis. She develops company profiles for portfolio managers and institutional investors with emphasis on new product potential, competitive positioning and marketing strategy. She has worked as an analyst since 1993, visiting companies and their manufacturing facilities, attending IPO meetings and major investment bank conferences. Clients have included Faxon Research, Montgomery Securities and Paul Sonz Partners.

Robin Raborn also worked in Investor Relations and is familiar with SEC regulations for public companies. Her public sector work included highly visible positions in Washington, DC. Raborn has an MBA from Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management, and a BA from Vanderbilt University.
